Arrived on time, installed a surge protector on our existing upstairs HVAC unit. Always professional, quickly got the job done, checked out that all was functional, another satisfied service by Patton personal. I highly recommend Patton for all services they provide.

Shane is seriously the absolute best repairman I have ever used, not exaggerating. Super knowledgeable and took time to explain every step. Went well past above and beyond. I will not call anyone but Patton now, and am recommending them to everyone who needs work done.

I called Patton Plumbing to help remove a copper pipe that another company said had to be removed before they could install my dishwasher. Austin came out and informed me that not having copper pipe to the dishwasher was not up to code and offered to do the dishwasher install and haul the old one away. Completely professional, polite, and did great work. Great company!

I had a pipe in my backyard that was hit by a tree root. Patton plumbing came out that day and was able to get it fixed. It was an all-day repair, but they worked all through the night and got it fixed. They were so professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. I’ve used them several times and they are always professional and quick to get the job done.

The entire experience from phone call to service was point on. I did some price comparison first and Patton pricing was absolutely fantastic. Quality work and great staff. Would definitely use again!

I had to replace my water heater in the attic. I called Patton Plumbing, and they came out and diagnosed my unit, told me it needed replacing, the unit was over 20 years old, and gave me some choices I can go with, I picked the unit out, they had the new unit in place in less than 4 hrs, the guys were very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend services.

Called a couple of other places before I called Patton Plumbing Heating and AC. The other places either didn’t answer or told me they couldn’t come out till the following week. Patton Plumbing , Heating, and AC came out the day after I called them. We ended up needing a new tank and they were able to get it done all in the same day. Very professional and quick. I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service. I thought it was my cold water leaking. Austin replaced it but it turned out to be my hot water faucet instead. Austin had the foresight to bring 2 replacement parts. He changed them both out without having to make 2 trips to get the second part. Will definitely use them again.

Water was leaking from a pipe in our attic and they took our concern seriously and sent someone out the same day to get it repaired even though the tech had to come in the evening to get it done. He was quick and not only repaired the leaking pipe but also unclogged the pipes causing a backup which caused the leak. So nice and professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Very professional. Good people and did an amazing job. They were in and out in no time. The servicemen were great and showed us everything they were doing and did. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for A/C repair or replacement. They replaced the unit in my mom’s house.
